Electronic Communications
Visiting Myglowdivine.com or sending emails, DM’s, chat box or text to DSF constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, DM’s, chat box or text and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that DSF is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. DSF and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
DSF does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use Glowdivine only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Policies & Procedures
Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of our skin and hair food products, there are absolutely NO CANCELATIONS, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, & NO EXCHANGES are allowed.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled within 15 mins after they have been placed. Once 15 mins have passed one can not cancel an order because processing starts
immediately after. Orders cant be cancelled during a sale. If you bought an item and you have since changed your mind, you can always edit your order by contacting us through our email.
Refunds
Please contact us about refunds, we do not do returns simply because this is a skincare business.

ORDER CHANGES
Due to the volume of orders we receive weekly, we’re unable to modify or change orders after purchase.

Any orders returned to Glowdivine to the incorrect shipping address, the customer will pay additional shipping charges. no refunds. please take your time at the checkout to ensure all information is correct
Shipping policy
Myglowdivine current processing time is 3-5 business days. However, we work hard to ship orders out ahead of the processing time.
Shipping will occur via USPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking will be provided when your order ships and sent to the email address input at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before you checkout we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, and no refunds will be given.

USPS SHIPPING TIMELINE
STANDARD: 3-7 business days from the date your order ships.
PRIORITY INSURED: 1-3 business from the date your order ships
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 6-10 days from the date your order processed through customs.(Tracking is only available with the insured Priority International Shipping option)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all international packages “Delivery Duties Unpaid” which means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will not be paid by GlowDivine and are the responsibility of the customer to pay at the time of delivery.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Once your order has been successfully logged with the US Postal Service for delivery, Myglowdivine is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please email Myglowdivine for claim instructions.
MELTED PRODUCT
In the Summer months, our products can soften or even melt during the time between the travel process from our warehouse to your front door (think warm delivery truck, porch and/or mailbox). Since we use real, all-natural ingredients, melting is simply the natural reaction to heat so you can rest assured that the quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting. Please note: Our whipped butters will change consistency in extreme heat and may look half full when you receive it. Simply put in your refrigerator to solidify it and the consistency will become like a balm.
